Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by attendees for lessons, leagues, open play, or private events.

In certain circumstances, we may issue a credit toward a future event at our discretion. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to work with you. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Event Cancellations by The Social Tiles

If we cancel an event or lesson, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule when we can.
